I’m Stefan van Deventer, a portrait photographer based in South Africa with over ten years of experience. I believe the best portraits happen when people stop performing and start being. My camera is just the thing that catches that moment. In 2024, I launched StefsEtherealDream — a more experimental, artistic side of my work that blends portraiture with surreal, dreamlike imagery. Two brands, one vision: real people, honestly captured.
